Our Cleaning Process: Every Room, Every Detail

From the moment our team arrives at your doorstep, you can count on professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering sparkling clean results. Here’s a general breakdown of what you can anticipate during your KINZO cleaning:

1. Arrival and Assessment:

• Our friendly and uniformed KINZO cleaning team will arrive promptly at the scheduled time.
• We’ll conduct a quick walkthrough of your home with you, confirming your cleaning priorities and addressing any special requests or specific areas that need extra attention.

2. The KINZO Deep Clean:

(Depending on the chosen service package):

• Dusting: All surfaces will be thoroughly dusted, including furniture, shelves, picture frames, lamps, electronics, blinds, and ceiling fans.
• Vacuuming: Carpets and rugs will be vacuumed with a high-quality vacuum, ensuring thorough cleaning in all corners and edges. Upholstered furniture will be vacuumed using appropriate attachments.
• Mopping: Hard floors will be mopped with cleaning solutions suited to your specific flooring type, ensuring a clean and streak-free finish.
• Surface Cleaning & Disinfection: Countertops, tables, desks, and other surfaces will be wiped down and disinfected, paying close attention to high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, etc.).
• Appliance Cleaning: The exterior of major kitchen appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) will be cleaned and polished. (Interior cleaning available upon request or in Deep Clean packages).
• Bathroom Deep Clean: Toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Grout lines will be scrubbed, and showerheads will be cleaned to prevent mineral build-up. Mirrors and fixtures will be polished.
• Kitchen Clean & Shine: Countertops, sinks, backsplash, faucets, and the exterior of major appliances will be cleaned. (Inside the oven, fridge, or dishwasher available in Deep Clean packages or as an add-on service).
• Waste Removal: All wastebaskets and recycling bins will be emptied and relined.

3. The Final Walkthrough & Inspection:

• Before leaving, the KINZO team leader will walk through your home with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the service.
