Whether you’re moving in or out, we start with a phone consultation. We’ll ask you about the size of your property (number of rooms and bathrooms, any appliances that require cleaning), and your specific cleaning expectations to ensure a smooth and efficient process. If you’re moving out of a rental property, we’re happy to review your tenancy agreement to make sure we meet any landlord-specified cleaning requirements, helping to secure your deposit return.

Our dedicated and experienced cleaning professionals are carefully selected and undergo thorough background checks. They’ll arrive on your scheduled day and time – equipped with professional-grade cleaning tools and our full range of effective, eco-friendly solutions designed to tackle even the toughest cleaning challenges – so you can focus on your move, stress-free.
Step 3: A Deep Clean From Top to Bottom
No corner is left untouched! Here’s what you can expect from KINZO’s meticulous Move-In/Move-Out deep clean:
- Kitchen Cleaning: Inside and out cleaning of all cabinets and drawers; thorough cleaning and disinfection of countertops, sinks, and backsplashes; and detailed cleaning of major appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave— including interiors upon request!).
- Sparkling Bathrooms: Deep cleaning and sanitizing of tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, and floors (we make that grout shine too!), and a meticulous polish of all fixtures and mirrors.
- All Other Rooms & Areas: We’ll dust every surface in all rooms and common spaces (bedrooms, living areas, hallways, entryways) — furniture, lamps, shelves, light fixtures — the works! We’ll also vacuum all carpets and rugs and mop hard floors with the appropriate cleaning solutions, leaving them spotless.
